Our Mission
Our mission is to have a positive impact on increasing diversity and inclusion at all levels of the insurance industry.
To achieve this goal, The Water Street Club focuses on:
1) Collaborating with existing diversity & inclusion initiatives within insurance carriers, insurance brokerage companies, and insurance agencies.
2) Collaborating with other organizations in creating programming and events that further mutual goals.
3) Providing employees of insurance carriers, insurance brokerages, and insurance agencies with relationship building opportunities, mentorship by insurance executives, client development opportunities, and a professional network within the industry.
4) Developing a platform that will continue to be a resource for those that follow.
