John E. Mancebo is an Equity Partner at the national law firm Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP, where he is also co-managing partner of its Westchester County, New York office. John has extensive experience in managing claims for EPLI, D&O, and E&O, having previously worked for major insurance carriers and a third-party administrator as a Claims Director.

In addition to his legal practice, John is a founding member of The Water Street Club, where he leads initiatives to promote diversity in the insurance industry and the legal profession. He is passionate about creating opportunities for underrepresented groups and advocating for a more equitable and inclusive workplace. 

John's most important role is being a dedicated father to his awesome little girl. He is also actively involved in volunteer work with non-profit organizations, such as Ice Hockey in Harlem, where he coaches and mentors students both on and off the ice. Additionally, John participates in programs in the Dominican Republic aimed at improving educational opportunities for young Major League Baseball prospects.
