With two decades as an insurance adjuster Kirk Hudson is a Senior Complex Claims Director with Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Executive & Professional Cyber E&O Claims Department.

Kirk is responsible for managing litigated (Class Actions) or non-litigated matters with significant exposures. Kirk interacts extensively with internal contacts including but not limited to claims management, underwriters, reinsurance, actuaries and external contacts including but not limited to defense attorneys, C-Suite level contacts at insureds, brokers and contacts at other insurance carriers. He’s adjusted and has experience handling matters across various lines of business Cyber, E&O, D&O, EPL, Insurance Agent/Brokers, Private & Non-Profit Organizations, Homeowners and Condo/Co-op Associations, Social Workers/Psychologist, CAT Excess, General Liability, auto/ transportation and other lines of business.

Kirk is a graduate of Tuskegee University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is also a Graduate of the Korn Ferry Accelerated Leadership Development Management Training Program. Kirk is a licensed insurance adjuster the Treasurer and a co-founding member of The Water Street Club, Inc a Non-Profit created to promote diversity and inclusion within the Insurance Industry. He is the former President of the Tuskegee University New York City Alumni Association and also coached youth Basketball for inner city boys ages 11-18.
