Kirk Hudson has more than 17 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Kirk is a Complex Claims Director in the Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Executive & Professional Cyber E&O Claims Department.

Kirk is responsible for managing litigated (Class Actions) or non-litigated matters with exposures up to and in excess of $10,000,000. Kirk interacts extensively with internal contacts including but not limited to claims management, underwriters, reinsurance, actuaries and external contacts including but not limited to defense attorneys, C-Suite level contacts at insureds, brokers and contacts at other insurance carriers. He’s adjusted and has experience handling matters across Cyber, E&O, D&O, EPL, Insurance Agent/Brokers, Non-Profit Organizations, Homeowners and Condo/Co-op Associations, Social Workers/Psychologist, CAT Excess, General Liability, auto/transportation, as well as multi-module policies and other lines of business.

Kirk is a graduate of Tuskegee University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is also a Graduate of the Korn Ferry Accelerated Leadership Development Management Training Program. Kirk is a licensed insurance adjuster. Kirk is the Treasurer of the Board and a co-founding member of The Water Street Club, Inc a Non Profit created to promote diversity and inclusion within the Insurance Industry. He is the former President of the Tuskegee University New York City Alumni Association and also coached Youth Basketball for Inner City boys ages 11-18.
