John Mancebo
John Mancebo is a Labor and Employment Partner at Kaufman, Dolowich & Voluck, LLP. He focuses his practice on representing companies of all sizes in a wide variety of matters, including: Employment Practices claims, Wage & Hour Litigation, Premises, Professional Liability, and Business Litigation matters.
He devotes part of his practice to serving clients in Latin America, advising both U.S. and foreign clients on their business ventures in the Dominican Republic, as well as Latin American corporations with legal needs in the U.S.
As one of the founding members of The Water Street Club, John continues to lead diversity initiatives in the insurance industry and the legal profession. John volunteered with Ice Hockey in Harlem, where he coached and mentored students on their opportunities on and off the ice. John also travels to the Dominican Republic, where he is involved in efforts to improve the educational opportunities available to young Major League Baseball prospects.
John is driven to enact a positive change on diversity & inclusion, to improve the opportunities available to his young daughter Luna and the coming generation of diverse professionals.
